Accomodations
The University of Richmond has reserved a block of rooms for our visitors
during Third Practice. The rooms are reserved on the following nights:
- Thursday, September 30, 2004
- Friday, October 1, 2004
- Saturday, October 2, 2004
The Hotel
The Hotel is the Holiday Inn, located at 6531 West Broad Street in Richmond, VA. The Hotel's phone number is (804)285-9951. Third Practice attendees will be able to acquire a room at a reduced rate of $59.00 for each night. For our returning guests, please note this is not the same hotel that has been used in the past.
All rooms are appointed with coffee maker, iron and board, and a hair dryer. Complimentary continental breakfast is served daily for hotel guests. Other features of the hotel include High-Speed Internet in all rooms, 802.11b wireless access in the lobby, a full restaurant and lounge, indoor pool and jacuzzi, and a well-equipped workout area.
Reserving Rooms
In order to receive this special rate, participants must call either the main Holiday Inn Reservation line at (800)HOLIDAY or the hotel directly at (804)285-9951. Participants should be sure to identify themselves with the Third Practice Group/University of Richmond.
Reservations must be made no later than September 11, 2004 in order to obtain the group rate.

The best airport to fly into is Richmond International Airport.
There will be no shuttle service to and from the hotel during the festival.
Unfortunately, There are no hotels within walking distance of the campus.
